I stand before Delhi World Public School, Orai not just as a mentor or a retired IAS officer, but as someone who has lived the journey from extreme hardship to public service. I come from a very small place, and much of my childhood was spent in deep poverty. Those years of struggle shaped my belief that education is the single most powerful force capable of transforming lives. For someone who has sacrificed much to reach where he stands today, education was nota choice, it was the key. It opened doors, built confidence, and gave direction. That belief became the foundation of Delhi World Public School, Orai. The inception of this institution was driven by a clear thought: students from Orai and nearby regions should never feel compelled to leave their roots in search of quality education in big cities. From the very beginning, my vision was to uplift children at the grassroots level by providing them with world-class infrastructure, highly qualified teachers, advanced computer and robotics education, well-equipped laboratories, and a learning environment that nurtures curiosity and excellence. The results of the past three CBSE examinations speak for themselves. Our students have shown not only at the Board Exam level but have also secured places in prestigious institutions, including the IITs.My sole aim is that when our students step into the finest institutions of this country, they carry with pride the identity of being alumni of Delhi World Public School, Orai.Through my years in government service, I have seen closely how strong educational foundations shape nations, and this school is my contribution to that future.
